Rochell Pierce, LPCP
Professional Counselor Consultant

Rochell Pierce, L.P.C. received her Masters of Science in Psychology from Eastern Kentucky University in Richmond, Kentucky. Ms. Pierce began her career working in clinical capacities in psychiatric hospital and community mental health center settings. She has worked with a leading psychiatric hospital provider, first as a partial hospitalization program director, and ultimately the Clinical Director of the division. In that capacity, she developed a number of successful clinical management processes. This system of clinical management spanned several states in the southeast U.S., and evolved into a system of daily reporting, on-site management, and monthly quality and performance improvement reviews. Ms. Pierce continued developing this work with another healthcare management provider, leading the programs through transitions in Medicare and Medicaid payment methods and ever-changing program requirements. She is the current President of Trilogy Integrated Health Care, LLC and has experience developing new services in rural health clinics.
