Information Collection

eLearning Essentials, LLC is the sole owner of the information collected on the website. eLearning does not collect personal information while you browse the site. We begin collecting personal information when you register for a course for the first time. The type of information collected includes the following: name, address, phone number, e-mail address, profession and license or certification information when applicable. We maintain records of your course purchase history, test scores, and course evaluations results.

eLearning Essentials collects information during the registration and billing procedure to process your request and complete the billing transaction. If a customer elects to add their name to our e-mail list, the customer information is used to notify the customer of new courses, special offers, and forum topics. We use your information when you login to personalize your experience when you are on our site. We maintain records of your course purchase history, test scores, and course evaluations results for you to access for your own records as well as for quality improvement purposes.

Your personal information is never shared with a third party for the purpose of advertising or solicitation. Your personal account information will not be shared unless required to do so by the law…to comply with a court order served upon the site or eLearning Essentials, LLC.

Establishing a Personal Account

 You will be prompted to register when you select to purchase a course for the first time.  During the registration process, you will enter your e-mail which you will need to login and access your account information any time you return to the site.  A password is also required.  eLearning Essentials will create a password for you which will be e-mailed to you upon completion of the registration process.  The confidential login information is designed to protect your personal information.  We recommend that you do not share this information with others.

You can change or update your personal information, at any time by e-mailing your request and information to support@elearningessentials.com. Your request will be processed within a 24 hour period.

eLearning uses an outside company to process credit card transactions and collect payment. Information is sent to the company over a secure, encrypted internet connection. Information collected by the outside company is not sold or transferred to any person or party that is not directly involved in the normal business operations of the company.

Cookies are a technology which can be used to provide you with a personalized experience while you are on the web site. A cookie is an element of data that is tied to you and sent to your browser, which may then store it on your system. You can set your browser to notify you when you receive a cookie, giving you the chance to decide whether to accept it.
