eLearning Essentials was founded by Bonnie Barclay, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who earned both her undergraduate degree in Psychology and her Master’s in Social Work from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. She has extensive experience working with children, adults, and families in a variety of treatment settings including both direct practice and supervisory positions. She specializes in trauma related issues, mood disorders, and behavior problems in children. In addition to being the President of eLearning Essentials, Bonnie teaches a children’s grief class for divorcing parents and is on the board for the Cokesbury Children’s Center. She has presented at workshops and conducted community education seminars throughout East Tennessee. Bonnie enjoys living in Knoxville, TN with her husband and two children.

The advisory board members are selected from different disciplines with varied backgrounds and expertise. These members voluntarily contribute their expertise to the course development process and are re-invited on an annual basis to participate on the board.

eLearning’s customers include but are not limited to Social Workers, Licensed Professional Counselors, Nurses, and Childhood Educators.
