eLearning Forum

The eLearning Essentials forum is an online discussion open to all registered users.  Specific courses are discussed as well as tools of the trade and peer consultation on a variety of topics.  This type of dialogue is ongoing and is not limited to the ten-minute breaks of a traditional workshop.  Posting is simple.  Give it a try.  If you do not like what you posted, just remember that the delete button is your friend!

eLearning Forum  

eLearning Essentials developed a forum to meet the need for professional dialogue often lost with distance learning.  Registered users and course participants may enter the forum and discuss various topics including the course purchased with other professionals. The course author also participates by responding to questions and comments during scheduled periods throughout the year.  The featured forum is listed on the home page.

Forum Navigation

    1. You may access the forum from the home page.  Either select to register if you are a first time participant and you have never taken an eLearning course or select to login using your personal account login information.
    2. Forum participants may view the open topics by clicking on either the  “General Forum” or "Courses" to view the active discussions. 
    3. Click on the topic of choice to view the postings for the topic. 
    4. Forum participants may click on reply to respond to comments or questions posted for each topic.  After you enter your message, click on “reply to discussion” to post your reply.
    5. Participants may edit the message at any time by clicking on edit by the posting.
    6. If you would like to delete the post, select delete and your message will be removed.  Please do not remove postings entered by another participant.
    7. Registered users may start a new discussion by clicking “new topic” Enter the topic, the icon of your choice, and your message. 
        

Remember:  You can delete your posting at any time so, enter the forum and join a discussion.  The design is user-friendly so you can learn as you go.  If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact us at support@elearningessentials.com. Forum Guidelines 
    1. Be respectful of others at all times. The purpose of this forum is to provide a platform for the exchange of professional ideas and for dialogue about the courses offered on the site. Feedback about the courses or the ideas of other participants should be presented constructively.
    2. Each participant is allowed one login account. Registering with multiple accounts is not allowed.
    3. We reserve the right to remove offensive posts without notice.
    4. Give people time to respond to your requests.
    5. Advertising, solicitation, and spamming is not allowed. Please make sure you are posting for the good of the forum community, not just for the sake of self-promotion.
    6. Only links to professional resources are allowed. Links to competing sites/information will be removed.
    7. Posts of the same topic in multiple forums are unnecessary and will be deleted.
    8. This forum is not a place to seek or give therapy or social work services.
    9. Ethical principles and codes that apply to your mental health profession are applicable to posts on this site.
